In-Home Newborn Session

Brooke and Stephen were so sweet to open their home to me a few weeks ago. I got to photograph and cuddle Amelia while they made us dinner! How kind is that! Brooke and Stephen then sweetly fought over who would hold Amelia throughout the night and during dinner. At one point, Brooke and I were catching up while she was breastfeeding Millie, and while I was laying on the nursery floor. It was at that moment I realized how sweet our friendship is. Both of us unphased by my silliness and her not fully clothed body. It’s so amazing to think back to high school cross country meets and bus trips; sleepovers and birthday parties; and realize how far we have come! I am so honored to have been able to take these photos!

This one on the left is one of my favorites! It’s so incredible to see my sweet high school friend become a mother! She is a natural!

Brooke’s mom painted these beautiful flowers on the wall of the nursary.

Another favorite! I loved seeing them work as a team to change little Millie with her broken arm!
