Will and Lauren’s United States Naval Academy Engagement

A few days before the engagement I got a call from Will. “Hey, would you be available to shoot an engagement this weekend?” he asked. My exact words were: “Who’s engagement?” Haha, “Mine” he replied. I was shocked! And obviously so excited!

So from there, we devised a plan and I had to keep the biggest secret of my life for the next 4 days! I am NOT good with secrets. But I kept this one like my life depended on it!

Will and Lauren met in church (how sweet of a story is that?!) and then just a few short months into their relationship, Will left for a deployment for 7 months. But they made it out strong. It has been so wonderful to see their relationship grow and flourish! And even more wonderful to get to be a part of some of these big moments!

With very little to go off of and a couple of really good guesses, we (mostly Will) picked the location of the engagement! And with a camera and go pro in hand, Greg and I caught the whole thing.

So… she said yes!

We took a quick pit stop inside to call all of the important people and warm up!

And then the photo session began!
