Caitlin and Stephen | An Autumn Wedding

Things don’t always go as planned- but this couple was so great about going with the flow and making it work regardless!

Originally Caitlin and Stephen’s wedding was scheduled for late March, but when Stephen’s assignment with the Army got extended they planned to move the wedding back to September. Then, after a few other hiccups leading to a courthouse wedding, Caitlin still wanted photos in her dress despite their canceled big wedding celebration!

Honestly, this is a dream come true for me! Bride and groom photos are my absolute favorite part of the wedding day!  So a whole session devoted to bridal portraits with no timeline was so exciting! And then Caitlin mentioned the idea of doing it at a pumpkin patch and I was SOLD!

We could not have asked for a more perfect day! The sun peeked in and out of the clouds all morning creating some dramatic cloud formations. The whole session felt so perfectly Autumn and excited me for this cooler weather ahead!

But wait there is more! Caitlin and Stephen then changed into a second outfit for a few more casual photos!

Amidst schedule changes and a move, this couple was so flexible! It was an honor capturing their love, their wedding attire, and the beginning of their story as husband and wife!
